An archaeologist searches for a lost medalion that is rumored to hold magical powers but is constantly dealing with his dennis the menace son, Billy who accidental stumbles across the medalion. Mr. Cobs who funds the escavation constantly bump heads with Mr Stone. Timing is perfect as Billy accidental finds the medalion and Cobs see's him finding it. He tries to take the medalion but Billy runs away losing him. Cobs sends his thugs to chase the boy but as they close in on him Billy's next words... magically wishes them all to a untouched paradise 200 years in the past.
